As Business Development Manager (m/f/d) at MyHomely:
You will ensure that our operational processes run smoothly on a daily basis, guaranteeing the best possible experience for our customers - from initial contact and initial consultations, to customer onboarding and handover to our account managers.
Are you in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis - by phone, email or chat - answering questions, solving problems and dealing with concerns?
Are you in constant exchange with our partners - e.g. LBS - and solve all customer concerns on the one hand, but on the other hand are you equally focused on implementing the requirements of these partners?
Do you constantly increase our customer satisfaction with great empathy and a good feeling for our clientele?
Work your way deep into our operational processes over time to ensure an optimal end-to-end customer experience
Use the latest CRM and process management systems and help to constantly optimize them, thus ensuring ever-improving workflows.
You have 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales and/or customer consulting or (digital) customer service and know how to deal with customers who have the highest demands on quality and speed
Ideally, you have experience in the financial industry - ideally in a FinTech and / or in the real estate industry
In previous professional positions, you have already proven that diligence is important to you and that you are comfortable with the efficient execution of operational processes
You have a high interest in real estate and financial topics and like to deal with the operational processes behind e.g. the acquisition of real estate and asset accumulation
You know how to use modern CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) and have an intuitive approach to digital technology
You have good MS Office skills
You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
